Returns Policy

Given the personal use nature of our product, we only accept returns on unopened products. If you have opened it and the fit does not meet your needs please contact us about a replacement. Please wash and then donate any masks you do not intend to keep, thank you.

 

What types of masks do you sell? - Differences between the different masks: 

The Smile Mask

  • One size fits most
  • Dual ties or adjustable ear loops for an adjustable fit and to accommodate hearing aids
  • Plastic is BPA Free. Fabric is 100% Cotton.

The Everyday Elevated Mask:

  • This mask is an upgrade from our former Essential Mask!
  • Ideal for quick trips to the store or going out for a walk
  • Lighter weight 100% cotton, 3 layers
  • Middle anti-bacterial layer
  • Adjustable nose bridge
  • Adjustable ear loops
  • Additional filter pocket for added protection (sold separately)
  • It also comes in a variety of colors
  • One adult size
The Performance Mask:
  • Ideal if you are interacting with people all day!
  • Fits tighter to the face
  • Adjustable ear loops
  • Has a nose clip
  • It does have a 2-layer non-removable filter
  • Made of 4 layers of cotton, including an antibacterial layer
  • Comes in 4 Adult Sizes: Small/Teen, Medium/Ladies, Large/Men’s and XL

      The Kids Cotton

      • Most similar to the Essential Lifestyle Mask
      • The small Performance Mask is available as an alternative for kids ages 10+
      • Small: 2-6 years of age
      • Medium: 6-12 years of age
      • Adult: Over 12 years of age

      The Toddler Mask

      • Made from 100% Organic Cotton
      • Size Small (2-4 years of age)
      • Lighter and more comfortable for younger kids

      Colors and Patterns - Looking for a specific color? Our priority is getting masks to people, so we cannot guarantee a specific color. If you have a preference, you can make a note of what color you would like at checkout and we will try our best!

      If we can do different bundles: I’m sorry, we only have the bundles available on the site. However, please contact us and we can see how we can help!

      Where is it made: Our masks are made in Vietnam and ship from our warehouse outside Boston, MA.

      Is there a filter: Yes! Our Performance Mask has a 2-layer, non-removable filter. There is not a pocket for an additional filter. 

      Is there a nose clip: The Performance Mask, Element, Everyday Elevated, and Smile Mask all have a nose clip.

      Care Instructions: We suggest that you wash your masks in the washing machine on the gentle cycle in warm water then hang them to dry. We also suggest washing your masks prior to initial use.

      *Note: The Smile Mask should be hand washed and air dried.

      Anti-Fog Methods: We suggest purchasing our Anti-Fog solution, or using a DIY remedy - put some shaving cream on the plastic, rub it in, and then wipe it off!

      What are they made of? Our masks are made from a Poly/Cotton blend. The essential masks have 3 layers and is a lighter cotton, while the performance masks are 4 layers, including an antibacterial layer and filter, and are made of a thicker cotton.

      Kids Sizing: We offer Small (2-6 years old), Medium (6-12 years old) for the Kids Cotton Collection, and XS in the Performance Collection

      Adult Sizing: Small (Teen), Medium, Large, XL
